1. Eligibility

To become a member, register for events, or access services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement. Healthcare professionals, students, and researchers in relevant medical fields are welcome to apply for membership.

2. Membership & Payment

  • Memberships are available for individuals and institutions based on specified categories.

  • All membership fees are payable in advance and must be submitted through the approved payment methods on our website.

  • Once payment is completed and confirmed, membership benefits (such as access to content, events, or resources) will be activated.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Onco Critical Care Society are final and non-refundable.
This includes membership fees, event registrations, workshop participation, and any paid services unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Society under extraordinary circumstances.

4. Use of Website and Content

  • All content provided on our website (e.g., articles, webinars, presentations, or downloadable materials) is for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use may result in termination of membership or legal action.

5. Code of Conduct

All members, participants, and users are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and ethical behavior during all interactions (both online and offline) related to the Society’s platforms, events, and forums. Any violation may result in membership termination without refund.

6. Event Participation

  • Event access (virtual or in-person) is granted only to registered individuals. Sharing access or recording sessions without authorization is strictly prohibited.

  • OncoCCS reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or change event details as needed.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide accurate, updated, and quality content and services. However, Onco Critical Care Society is not responsible for:

  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content.

  • Loss or damages resulting from use or inability to use the Site or services.
